More About   Me...

Yes, I am a recovering addict, AND I am also the mother of two beautiful children, a wife, daughter, friend, sister, social work professional, health and outreach consultant, Integrative Coach, and so much more. Since getting clean in November 2008, I have been seeking ways to best utilize my personal experiences with drugs, alcohol, trauma, and mental health with my professional background.

Born in Delaware, I have been fortunate enough to also call Colorado, California, and Georgia home, before landing on the North Shore of Massachusetts, where I live with my beautiful family and four crazy French Bulldogs.

Always one who is seeking, I have spent years utilizing my strengths, experiences, and expertise to serve others. My Social Work practice, public speaking, consulting, and professional coaching allow me to apply my skills, passions, talents, and training into what I love most, helping individuals and communities grow and transform, especially around their relationship with drugs and alcohol.

Having faced my own life challenges, and not always gracefully, I know the courage, and at times faith, it takes to ask for help, create, and accept change. In 2022, I began a personal transformation in both my personal and professional life, resulting in the development of B Loud Recovery, a comprehensive and integrative solution to complex issues, around addiction and mental health and the individuals, families, and communities they impact.

My clean date is November 17, 2008. I had my first drink at age 7 and first drug at age 14. It was another 20+ years before I surrendered and asked for help. In that time I caused a lot of damage to myself and others. Today, because I work a rigorous program of recovery, I have a daily reprieve from alcohol and drugs. I share my message loudly so others don’t have to live in shame and silence.

Too often the hardest part of change is getting started, and that is where B Loud Recovery comes in –

a partnership designed to help you achieve desired outcomes. Change can be both exciting and terrifying, and I am honored at the prospect of walking beside you during your season of change.

I recover out loud, so others don't suffer in silence!
