What types of services do you offer?
As you seek to create greater impact on the populations you serve, you may benefit from outside experience and expertise. I work side-by-side with you, providing strategic support to help you answer your most important questions when it comes to educating and informing your community members about substance use disorder, drug and alcohol prevention education, harm reduction strategies, overdose education and mental health resources.
What happens in a consultation?
Consulting services are a multilayered approach and the first step is the FREE 30 minute consultation to see if working together will best meet your needs. During this time I listen to your needs in order to develop recommendations on how I can best support you in achieving your health based improvement objectives. If you proceed with consulting services we move to the next step.
Through further discussions, we develop a customized plan. I provide expert guidance throughout the cycle of your project and empower you to identify at-risk populations and areas of need, implement evidence-based programs, create efficiencies through internal and community-based partnerships, develop marketing and communication strategies, and track and report measurable results.
Similarly to my integrative coaching approach, I do not lead you through a generic one-size-fits-all program nor dictate a time frame that you must fit into. Understanding the complexity of communities and community outreach, I go beyond rigidity in favor of flexibility with each client.
How much customization do you offer?
Each client need is different, there is no one-size-fits-all to consulting services. I customize an individualized approach for each project. I recognize that each organization is unique and work closely to understand your mission, needs, budget, resources, timeline, and recommend options to help you achieve your objectives.

What are the costs of consulting services?
Do to the complexity of needs when it comes to consulting services, it is not possible to provide an exact cost. In order to best meet the needs of the clients I work with there is the option of an hourly consulting rate, or a project based fee, all of which depend on the scope of work.
